Phundid helps dental offices offer and manage their own in-house financing programs.

We do this by:

• Reviewing eligibility (credit scores and income information)

• Helping set up payment plans

• Processing payments on behalf of your dental provider

• Providing reminders, updates, and support

• Assisting with overdue accounts and collections communications

Phundid is not a lender and does not issue credit.

2. Your Agreement With Your Dental Provider

All financing agreements—including repayment terms, fees, treatment value, and total amount owed—are between:

You (the patient)

and

Your dental provider.

Phundid is not a party to that agreement.

We simply support the administrative and payment processes.

3. Eligibility Requirements

To use Phundid services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old

• Provide accurate information during the application process

• Have the legal right to enter financial agreements with your provider

• Maintain an active contact method (email or phone)

You agree not to submit false, misleading, or incomplete information.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Keep your contact information up to date

• Keep your payment method valid

• Respond to communications about your account

• Ensure all information you provide is truthful and accurate

• Use the website only for lawful purposes

You may not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the system

• Copy or reverse-engineer any part of the site

• Use the service for fraudulent or abusive purposes

• Interfere with website operation or security

5. Financing & Eligibility Disclosure (Not a Lender)

This section clarifies Phundid’s role regarding financing.

Phundid Is Not a Lender

• We do NOT issue credit or loans.

• We do NOT decide whether you are approved or denied.

• We do NOT own, buy, or service any debt.

Financing Is Provided by the Dental Office

Your dental provider offers an in-house financing program that allows you to receive treatment and repay over time.

All financial agreements—including:

• Payment schedule

• Treatment plan value

• Fees or penalties

• Any extensions or adjustments

…are established by your provider, not by Phundid.

Phundid’s Role

Phundid assists by:

• Collecting your information

• Performing eligibility checks on behalf of the dental office

• Communicating status updates

• Processing scheduled payments

• Sending reminders

• Helping resolve missed payments

• Facilitating collections if your provider requests it

We act as an intermediary and service provider, not a credit issuer.

6. Payment Communications

By using Phundid, you agree that we may contact you regarding:

• Application status

• Account updates

• Payment reminders

• Payment failures

• Past-due notices

• Changes to your payment schedule

• Required verification or documentation

Communications may be sent by email, SMS, or phone.

7. Website Content & Intellectual Property

All content on Phundid.com—including text, graphics, logos, and design—is owned by Phundid or its licensors and protected by law.

Unless you have written permission from Phundid, you may not:

You may use the website only for applying for financing or managing your existing payment plan.
